WHERE IS ROAM LOCATED?
Our first location is at Baltimore Washington International (BWI) Airport, past the security checkpoint next to gate D1. Our second location is at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), past the security checkpoint in Terminal F, near the Hub. We plan to expand to other major airports, you can help us by letting key airport decision makers know that you'd like to see ROAM in your frequented airports. MY FLIGHT IS CANCELLED, NOW WHAT?
We know that those sorts of things are out of your control. Your day pass isn't activated until you check-in at one of our locations. If you bought an annual membership, it does begin on the day of purchase.
WHAT ARE YOUR MEMBERSHIP POLICIES?
You can access all of our facilities with a day pass or annual membership when you have a valid boarding pass or are a badged airport or airline employee. All memberships include shower reservations with towel service and clothing and shoe rentals. ARE THERE CHANGING ROOMS? WHERE DO I PUT MY STUFF?
Yes, and there are lockers to store your luggage and other carry-on items.The best part about the lockers is they include power outlets so you can charge your devices while you work out.
I SWEAT A LOT...
We have showers and towel service which are included in the price of our passes. You can reserve a 15-minute window at our front desk, or if you are an annual member you can reserve a shower 24-hours in advance by logging in to your account here.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE MY GYM CLOTHES WITH ME?
We have clothes and shoes that you can borrow free of charge, or if you prefer to purchase new items we carry lululemon, Girlfriend Collective, Beyond Yoga, and Rhone products.
IF YOU WANT TO WEAR YOUR OWN GEAR...
We can vacuum seal your sweaty clothes so everything else in your suitcase stays fresh.
ARE YOUR GYMS ADA ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, and we have one ADA private shower room at every location, too. For pictures of the ADA accommodations in BWI click here. For PHL there is a similar looking private shower and we have a Standard Operating Procedure for ADA guests that would like to use our infrared sauna.
