The Benefits of Massage

Massage is an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain, and muscle tension. ROAM recently partnered with t spheres to give BWI travelers access to a compact self-massage tool that will fit in their carry-ons. These aromatherapy scented, rubber massage balls help target trigger points for a mini massage that you can do in your plane seat.
