The Benefits of Massage


Massage is an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain, and muscle tension. ROAM recently partnered with t spheres to give BWI travelers access to a compact self-massage tool that will fit in their carry-ons. These aromatherapy scented, rubber massage balls help target trigger points for a mini massage that you can do in your plane seat. According to the Mayo Clinic more research is needed to confirm additional benefits of massage but some studies have found it to be helpful for:
